I can’t believe it has been so long since I’ve connected. It has been a whirlwind 6 months and really year. I moved into a new home and office space, took two European Angelights trips this fall, healed from bilateral cataract surgeries and shingles and have dear friends fighting serious illnesses. I feel like the lessons and opportunities to dig deep, remember the truths that all we really have is this moment, and all that matters is love are coming through loud and clear.
Our personal and global lives have been shifting and superficially it appears not for the better. I don’t believe this is really true though. Astrologically, politically, globally, atmospherically, individually and en mass we have been experiencing major reorganizations. I have felt it personally and seen it with my clients as a major detox. For some it was a move, physical purging or ending of long term relationships. Others are experiencing financial losses, health challenges or grief. Many more are leaving the planet.
Please don’t despair and fall prey to feeling hopeless. This cleaning out is like a storm blowing in and leaving maybe some broken branches but also fresh clean air to build anew. It is a shake up to wake us up to remember how powerful it is to be love and kindness as there are so many in need of understanding and compassion right now. The key is to balance the energy we send AND receive. I am finding myself flowing with it in waves. I can only be out in the world spreading kindness and love for a short time and then must be home replenishing myself in my peaceful home with my little 6 lb fur ball, Jaxon. This is how I prevent my light from burning out. When I haven’t honored this I have experienced ailments that force me to. Are you noticing this too?
I read somewhere that it is like a cosmic flu. Sensitive ones are feeling this with symptoms of dizziness, falls, short term memory loss and extreme tiredness – from not being grounded, neck and shoulder pain- from trying to carry too much, and cravings resulting in weight gain as we try to comfort ourselves physically through the chaos. Yes, unfortunately, I have experienced all of the above. It helps sometimes to know we’re all in this together. Naps, my walks in the woods, just breathing in the fresh, cold air as I walk to the car, daily meditations and giving myself permission to say no to other’s and my own expectations helps. If you are still and listen, your body, mind and Spirit will tell you what it needs.
Please take into your heart my deep knowing that all is well despite outward appearances. Know how deeply loved and supported you are no matter how alone or undeserving you feel. There is a team in the Spirit world with nothing to do but help YOU. So ask for their help and try to notice if you’re blocking it with negative statements, beliefs or feelings of powerlessness. None of us are victims. There are no accidents or mistakes either. We just sometimes don’t see the blessings until long after the storm blows over. My holiday prayer is that you will truly realize what a huge gift you are to the clearing, shifting and light building at this magical time of great changes on planet Earth and treat yourself lovingly.
