The Universe plopped in my lap a wonderful new opportunity. It combines my love of nursing, leadership and the gifts of my favorite soothing, holistic healing techniques. I will be starting at Miriam Hospital on 10/2 as the Integrative Therapy Program Nurse Manager part time.
The program started in 2019 and there are 4 part time nurses and a massage therapist that give reiki, massage, breath work and guided meditation to patients along with offering wellness and stress reduction opportunities for the staff. I will be bringing the addition of 5NP (5 Needle Protocol or ear acupuncture) and Yoga Nidra (sleep based meditation- email for more details) to the patients. Miriam is also building a beautiful Wellness Center for the staff that will house our department.
I am so excited to start this new chapter. It is nothing that I was looking for but exactly what I need and desire. My body needs a break from being a full time, psychic, empath doing mediumship for over 21 years. I will continue to do phone sessions on a part time basis as I can’t give it up completely!! In these beautiful, uncertain times, as the lessons seem to come one after another, remember that the Spirit world is literally closer than your breath. Ask them for help. Look for the signs and synchronicities that happen waaaay more right now reassuring you that you aren’t alone.
We are only going to thrive in the crazy times we’re living in if we take good care of our physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Retire from being a martyr like I did this spring! We must be strong in our boundaries so we can be healthy and have the energy to shine our light bright. Be the lighthouse with me amidst the storms coming. The Lighthouse doesn’t go out and rescue the boats. It stands and is what it is… the light. By being its essence, it fulfills its purpose. We as Lightworkers are called right now to do the same.
My primary intention, which is what my GPS is set to along with peace, joy and freedom, is “I stand in the power of Divine love and healing.” That way I am not just channeling it but being it. My secondary intention that I am working on is, “I meet my physical, emotional and spiritual needs before I help anyone else.” That one is still a big challenge with many slip ups but every time I am aligned with it I heal a little more. Progress not perfection I learned in Alanon years ago. 🙂 What is your GPS set to? Our intentions are the conscious direction we are heading, as opposed to reacting to life and living on autopilot.
