Enjoy a relaxing and healing evening of Yoga nidra or yoga sleep. You will lay down comfy cozy with your blanket and pillow alongside other Angelights friends or in the comfort of your own home as your body releases pent up stress and tension. A Yoga nidra session is comparable to 3 hours of deep, nourishing sleep. Ahh…. it is just what we all need!
