This season gives us an opportunity to receive & truly notice the gift of the present moment and not get pulled into the busy-ness of the holiday. This picture so exemplifies this and the 2 wonderful men who even with 6 feet of snow and trapped for days on end, were present to capture the magic, grace & awe of our Creator’s presence and love.
Please give yourself permission to slow down and take care of YOU. That is the biggest gift I have received from this past year of healing for my family and I. Find a space to breathe, move, smell, taste and receive the awe of this very moment. It’s not perfect maybe, as that storm wasn’t to John and Russ in Buffalo, but every single moment has a twinkling star to wink at us and remind us that something much bigger than us is present.

We need to all be living our joy & passion in health & most of all wholeness as others wake up to the bigger Truth that it is not about stuff or being right, as we are so blessed to know. They’re looking to our light so let’s keep it bright & avoid burning it out with too much giving and not adding the fuel needed to shine, shine, shine.
