I hope you are enJOYing the beautiful spring weather! Spring is the perfect time to think of creating as Mother Earth creates all the beauty of springtime. So much magic is happening right now under the soil and within the trees. The birds are chirping and before we know it, we’ll get to see Her birth the healthy new grass, flowers and leaves on the trees. It has been a long and cold winter here in New England. I had some rough times the past few months trying to stay in the Light when it seemed that sunshine and warm weather were a long way off.
Now that Spring has sprung, we can line up with Mother Earth by birthing our own new season or chapter in our lives and use our creative gifts to add fun to the process. It is also the New Moon today so another added burst from the Universe to help us with this creation and birthing. I hope you’ll join me in accessing the creative side of yourself this month and birth JOY and fun in the process.
I had been toying with the idea of painting but felt intimidated as I had never done it before. I went to a Drink and Dabble event last week with friends which took all the pressure off the experience. This is held at restaurants all over RI and may be held in your state under another name. An art instructor guides you step by step to paint a picture in a relaxed atmosphere while you have appetizers and drinks with your friends.
The picture I painted is of the Coast Guard House in Narragansett which is where I go for dinner every year on my birthday. Those Angels are so funny how they line us up with it all! I hadn’t painted creatively since elementary school except for rocks in the summer. It was soooo much fun! EnJOY my artistic expression of one of my favorite places in RI. Not bad for a rookie!~
Another thing I have been doing is TM or Transcendental Meditation. This is an ancient form of meditation that has been so powerful for my husband and I. We have been meditating twice a day for 20 minutes for the past 5 weeks. It is a technique that is so gentle and feels so good. It isn’t another “should” but something I want to do each day. There are so many scientific and medical studies of its effectiveness to release accumulated stress as well as many diseases. I have birthed a twice daily routine that feels good, is healthy and something I WANT to do. YAY!
So how can you line up with the energy of springtime and create or birth new patterns or routines that support your health, vitality and add FUN to your life? Share with me & those around you, what is working for you as it always helps us all to inspire each other. In the spirit of sharing, I am adding a section in my Newsletter each month called “These Are A Few of My Favorite Things…” to share with you things that help me spiritually to stay connected to my Creator, the Angels and the Light within me and just feel good. Feel free to sing it like Julie Andrews did in Sound of Music and send what inspires you to me and I’ll add it next month.
Also, if you are on my newsletter list, you will receive info over the next week on attending Tony Robbin’s Unleash the Power Within Event in NJ in November with our Angelights group. Hope you choose to join us. It will be an amazing, life changing weekend! I am sure the 50 discounted spots will fill up fast. If you aren’t currently getting my newsletters personally, join us on the home page to stay connected, receive updates on all kinds of Angelights adventures and receive a Welcome coupon to be used for Sessions, Workshops or Tours.
EnJOY the sunshine and Springtime’s magical birth. Hope to see you soon. For now I carry you in my heart and send you blessings of Peace, JOY & infinite abundance in all its forms.
love, love, love you,

Until next month or sooner if the creative inspiration hits…

Watching my birds make nests in the trees and houses I have hung. Listening to Fleetwood Mack, Stones, Elton, Mamas and Papas….soul town and dancing with my cats looking at me laughing! It loosens my head as well as my body it’s better than Yoga. Thanks Jackie 😉 I just hooked up Pandora after our last chat! It is a blast. Xoxxxx
Love it, Joanne! So happy for you. I look forward to our next session on the 17th. EnJOY! xo
